Berenson Trophy

Since 1999, the iconic Berenson Trophy has been presented to Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame inductees at the annual induction ceremony. Sponsored by Smith College, the trophy is a replica of the Elizabeth MacQueen statue housed at the Women’s Basketball Hall of Fame in the Pat Summitt Rotunda, and represents the hall’s mission statement to “honor the past, celebrate the present, and promote the future” of women’s basketball.
